Join Our Healthy Initiative!

The Common Market product - is an assortment of locally grown fruits and vegetables - 8 items - plus a dozen eggs delivered every other week year round. People can sign up for a summer share, a fall share, and a winter share and pay ahead of time. People signing up are referred to as members of Farm Share.  The cost is $27/week.  Installment payments are possible if members commit to complete the season. The food is delivered in boxes to sites typically in the morning on one of several week days the day depending on truck routes. Members assemble their own shares at their pickup location from a list posted at the site, e.g., 5 apples, 3 tomatoes, 1 melon, 1 doz. eggs, etc. In the colder months when local produce selection is smaller, Common Market puts in some processed foods made from local produce.  Members get a newsletter with each delivery, with recipes and profiles of farmers growing the food.
